No. Every diagnostic utility (IP lookup, VPN check, DNS leak test, WebRTC test, Password Generator, JSON Formatter, etc.) works completely without non-essential cookies. We never paywall or degrade functionality based on consent.

How can I verify that Google Analytics is actually stopped?

When you click “Decline Non-Essential”, our script sets `window['ga-disable-G-2BRTS4JNX7'] = true` and deletes all `_ga` cookies. You can open your browser DevTools (F12) > Application > Cookies, and verify that `_ga` cookies are purged and no network requests are sent to `google-analytics.com`.
